THE BEERS
Year round

Nuclear IPA
7% ABV 90 IBU
We brewed this IPA with hop balance in mind Not a tropical smack in the face, and not a lip puckering hop bomb. Cascade, Summit, and Chinook in the boil give spicy herbal and floral notes while the Columbus dry hop gives a one of a kind aroma not found in a whole lot of IPAs. We also changed up the malts a little bit, giving a soapy buttery mouthfeel and a hint of sweetness from start to finish. The ending bitterness has a presence, but is far from overpowering.

Redemption Red
6.5% ABV 40 IBU
Traditional American Amber ale brewed with a touch of rye. Medium bodied with a malty backbone. Willamette and centennial hops give a slight hop presence, but not overpowering. Bold dark red color with a copper head.

Agent Orange IPA
6% ABV 60 IBU
Agent orange is a northwest style IPA that we took to the next level. The mission begins with generous amounts of simcoe and citra hops to give a huge tropical, fruity bitterness. Orange peel is then introduced to the mix at strategic times to give this brew an unmistakeable orange flavor and aroma. End with a simcoe dry hop during fermentation and you get a special agent brew ready to infiltrate the unsuspecting beer geeks palate.

Seasonals

Prepper Pumpkin Brown
6% ABV 25 IBU
A full bodied brown ale with hints of pumpkin and brown sugar. Brewed with actual pumpkin, brown sugar and spices. Pours a nice light brown and smells of pumpkin pie. Great nutty flavor with hints of pumpkin and spices.

Beatdown Beet Wheat
5% ABV 25 IBU
The pink beer, A unique experiment gone horribly right. We started with a blend of pale and wheat grains for the backbone, added some mild bittering hops for balance, then we went ahead and threw in a crate of beets for sugars, flavor, and of course, color. No artificial dyes here. The beety/earthy flavors hit hard on the nose and slowly fizz off of the tongue, leaving behind a manageable bitterness. This brew is a very light and crisp easy drinker.

People's Choice Winner ~ Spring Beer & Wine Festival, Portland, OR. 2014

Occasional Brews
Come At Me Bro! IIPA
9.2% ABV 120+ IBU
Come at me BRO! Is a double IPA brewed just for the local hop heads. At a whopping 3lbs of hops per barrel, this brew stacks up to 170 IBUs. A little over the top? Maybe. But after one sip, you will understand why we had to do it. The mass amounts of Summit, Cluster, and Simcoe hops are guaranteed to twist your cap back, bro.
Cascadia Fault CDA
6.2% ABV 65 IBU
The Cascadian Dark Ale style is exclusive to the Pacific Northwest. Referred to by outsiders as Black IPA, this ale is bittered with Chinook, Simcoe and Cascade hops, and aggressively double dry hopped with Cascades. Its beast of a backbone arises from a complex grist of two-row, C120, carafa 2, Vienna and Munich malts.
Outlaw Mint Chocolate Imperial Stout
8% ABV 20 IBU
Peppermint and chocolate collide in this heavy imperial stout. When served from a nitro tap, the cascading bubbles will reveal the pleasant peppermint aroma. At the nose, the chocolate dominates with a touch of oatmeal. The body has a thick and creamy texture, hard to wash off the palate. Not that you would want to. With a light burn of alcohol blended with the peppermint aftertaste, a menthol-like effect is created and the drink is finished. The perfect brew for those cloudy/rainy days of fall and winter. Mouth watering yet?
Hop Lemon ISA
4.5% ABV 65 IBU
Hop bursted session IPA. Nice floral and citrus notes. Easy drinking, perfect for a hot summer day!
Wrecked Rye Pale Ale
5.5% ABV 35 IBU
Project Mayhem Raspberry Berliner Weisse
5.5% ABV 15 IBU
Project Mayhem started as a small test batch at the pub. With all the rave reviews, we had to go big! We start with white wheat and pilsen malt backbone for mashing. Lightly hop in the boil for balance. Fermentation starts as normal, but then the magic is introduced to produce the souring agent lactic acid! During this step we also infuse the finishing beer with raspberry puree, giving a nice fruit aroma to compliment the sour. Our locals call this an "intro to sours" as this is nice and light, approachable beer.
KillBox Keylime Kolsch
5.0% ABV 20 IBU
A classic style kolsch with a twist (of lime). A simple grain bill and light hops allow the 100% natural key lime juice to shine through. Crisp!
A limited release, unique pale ale with heavy spice from generous amounts of rye added to the mash. The Equinox hop is the star in this beautiful concoction, pairing up perfectly with the grain bill. Mild citrus and sweet green pepper flavors from start to finish. Check out the fresh hop version during hop harvest season!
Pain In The Mash Barley Wine
10.1% ABV 55 IBU
Sweet and thick, like a Kardashian thunder thigh. This beast is brewed with over 1000LBs of premium Northwest barley. Using a split mash, only the first running's of the richest wort is used in the making of this English style Barley Wine.
Ender Coconut Porter
6.5% ABV 35 IBU
Not your typical porter! Copious amounts of shredded coconut in the mash and coconut milk at the end of the boil, this beer is a deep rich brown with a mocha head and plenty of luscious sweet coconut notes in the nose. The flavors are sweet chocolates, coconut and smooth cream.
